The New York Metropolis Council desires the state’s highest courtroom to reverse latest rulings that struck down a legislation that will let non-citizens vote in native elections.

Yahoo reports, “An appeals courtroom in February dominated the election legislation, handed by the council in 2021, unconstitutional. The legislation would have let upwards of 800,000 inexperienced card holders vote in native elections.”
