South Korean opposition chief Lee Jae-myung has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed within the neck throughout a go to to the southeastern port metropolis of Busan.
Lee, who heads the primary opposition Democratic Get together, was stabbed on the left aspect of his neck throughout a query and reply session with journalists, South Korea’s Yonhap information company reported.
The attacker was arrested on the scene, the company added. It didn’t present any additional particulars and the extent of his accidents was not clear.
Lee had earlier toured the location of a brand new airport beneath development on Busan’s Gadeok Island.
